About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Merchandising and Inventory Specialist to join our Holmes Ace Hardware team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in setting up planograms and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure our store is well-organized and our inventory data is precise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail merchandising and setting up planograms is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of inventory management and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain store planograms to optimize product displays and improve the customer shopping experience.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, ensuring all stock levels are accurately recorded in our inventory management system.
• Work closely with the store manager and other team members to ensure merchandise is placed according to seasonal promotions and sales strategies.
• Ensure that all inventory records are up to date and that discrepancies are resolved quickly to maintain accurate inventory data.
