About The Position

CROSSMARK is looking for a part-time Retail Merchandiser who is energetic and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. The role involves engaging consumers through effective shelf placement of books, magazines, and other national brand products in Walmart stores. The position offers flexible scheduling and reliable daytime hours, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Must be available to work Tuesdays and 2-3 other weekdays.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 60lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Reset, stock, and maintain books and magazines including new releases, best sellers, and children's books.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Store Management and Associates.
• Reporting service visits including uploading photos through a mobile application.
