About The Position

Winston Retail is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this part-time, seasonal role, you will ensure that retail displays are visually appealing and effectively promote brands across various store types, enhancing the customer shopping experience through your expertise in visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
• Ability to download and install an app on your smartphone, and upload reports via the Winston app.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift.
