About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 reset season and we are on the hunt for field reps who specialize in reset work, both big and small; to include the possibility of shelf movement and some resets are date and time specific. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client directives is a must. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor.

Requirements

• Must have Android or iPhone.
• Must be able to access Google on your phone.
• 1 year of experience reading and implementing planograms.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of reset experience.
• Must speak and read English.
• Must have access to the internet.
• Must have access to a printer as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned projects in the area.
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Transport supplies as needed (POP/POS signage).
• Travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) and possibly outside the area.
• Timely and accurately complete all assigned projects as directed.
• Effectively communicate via email, phone & text.

Benefits

• Pay rates vary by client contract - $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
