About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 reset season and we are on the hunt for field reps who specialize in reset work, both big and small; to include shelf movement and set times for arrival. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client directives is a must. If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor. (please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying)

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with planograms
• 1 year of merchandising experience
• 1 year of reset experience
• Ability to speak and read English
• Must own a smart phone
• Must have access to the internet
• Must have access to a printer as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
• Ability to lift and/or transport boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to move fixtures on wheels
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Complete all the work offered in your area
• Work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Understand and implement planograms
• Transport supplies as needed (POP/ POS signage)
• Travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) and potentially outside the area
• Timely and accurately complete all assigned projects as directed
• Effectively communicate via email, phone & text

Benefits

• Pay rates vary by client contract - $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
