About The Position
As a Part-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in transforming and elevating the retail experience at major establishments such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' promotional product displays are properly placed, assembled, maintained, and troubleshot. This position is vital for driving revenue by turning shelves into sales magnets, representing innovative global clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. You will be expected to complete store visits within an assigned radius territory, with flexibility required for scheduling, typically between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends or evening hours are required, making this an ideal position for those seeking part-time work with a consistent schedule. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be required to submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit. This role offers up to 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours if you are able to cover a larger region or travel to outlying areas or states. The compensation for general merchandising projects is set at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional technical projects available at higher rates based on need. You will be employed as a W2 employee with a bi-weekly pay schedule and direct deposit, and you will also have access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, travel reimbursement for store-to-store drive time, and paid training to prepare you for success in the program.
