About The Position

The Retail Merchandiser position at Blackhawk Network involves servicing gift card products across multiple retail locations in Jacksonville, NC. Requirements

• Merchandising and/or retail experience
• Reliable car with proof of valid car insurance and a valid driver license
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and driving record check
• Must own a smartphone/tablet with a minimum 2GB monthly data service plan
• Must own an iPhone 11 or newer or an iPad with iOS 17 or any Android device with the last two OS versions (version 11 through 13)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to overcome obstacles

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the gift card industry
• Familiarity with web portal reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned projects within designated territory
• Participate in weekly conference calls
• Complete all call report questions and take pictures with your smartphone or tablet
• Build and develop strong relationships/partnerships with retail store management at each account
• Complete all types of merchandising activities including installs, resets, and signage placement
• Conduct out-of-stock reports, inventories, and process returns
• Cover stores outside of designated territory on an as-needed basis and/or for vacation coverage
