Retail Merchandiser - Electronics - Part Time

About the position

Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Battle Creek, MI and the surrounding area. In this role, you will enhance the retail experience by completing projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Your purpose will be to ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays for global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. You will be required to submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

Requirements

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to detail to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle transportation
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
