About The Position

Quest Service Group is seeking Retail Merchandisers to join their team, focusing on executing resets and remodels at Big Box retail stores. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18, with opportunities for overtime and advancement based on performance. The role involves hands-on work with a team to manage the movement and assembly of retail fixtures and displays according to specific planograms and instructions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of remodel/fixture experience in big box retail environments.
• Experience with fixture installation and reading planograms/schematics.
• Basic tools knowledge and proficiency with modern technology.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in merchandising and assembly of retail fixtures.
• Demonstrated ability to interact efficiently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute resets and remodels at Big Box retail stores.
• Safely move, build, tear down, and reposition beams, uprights, shelving/displays, and products.
• Follow planograms, photos, or other written/verbal instructions for assembly and movement of fixtures.
• Interact with clients and team members in a professional manner.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and company policies.
