About The Position

As we expand our offerings with our new, industry-leading Retail Media Suite, we are looking for a foundational member of our growing team. The Retail Media Strategist is responsible for the activation, success, and revenue growth of our retail media customers. This is a revenue-generating role that will include incentive-based compensation. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our retail clients, helping them launch and scale a successful Retail Media business as part of the Constructor platform. You will be the expert guiding them from their first campaign to a multi-million dollar revenue stream, ensuring their brands/advertisers exceed performance and their shoppers see a relevant, high-quality experience. From scaling supply and increasing usage of the platform to maximizing spend, you will help our Retailers get the most out of their Media Networks.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of client-facing experience in account management, customer success, or account strategy within the ad tech or retail media industry.
  • A deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including key concepts like CPC/CPM, auctions, ROAS, and the roles of SSPs and DSPs.
  • A proven track record of growing revenue from existing customer accounts and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig into campaign data to find insights, build a business case, and tell a compelling story.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with a range of stakeholders, from day-to-day managers to executives.
  • A proactive, consultative, and entrepreneurial spirit; you are comfortable in a 'crawl, walk, run' environment and are excited to help build a new function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard New Clients: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Retail Media customers, from technical setup and training to the launch of their first campaigns.
  • Own customer onboarding from setup to first campaign launch, including catalog integration, tracking configuration, and campaign dashboard readiness.
  • Enable and train stakeholders to confidently run campaigns, guiding best practices and ensuring early measurable results.
  • Connect technical improvements to business outcomes by showing how enhancements like new tracking signals can directly grow client revenue, and guide high-level implementation for retailers.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of retail partners. You will be responsible for growing their monthly media spend by proactively identifying and executing on growth opportunities.
  • Consult on Campaign Strategy: Proactively analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations that improve advertiser ROAS, optimize budgets, and increase yield for the retailer.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build deep relationships with your clients, understanding their business objectives and becoming their go-to expert on all things retail media.
  • Lead Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients to showcase performance, highlight successes, and present strategic roadmaps for future growth.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical feedback loop to our Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, sharing insights from the field to help shape the future of our Retail Media Suite.
