About The Position

As a Retail Media Specialist, you will be vital in continuing our efforts as an industry leader by implementing best in-class retail media PPC and display strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Kroger, Chewy, Ulta and more. This role is one that is challenging and rewarding as you develop your Amazon PPC skills and stay up-to-date with new paid search features, leveraging Acadia’s industry leading position within the space. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
  • 1+ years of experience with Pay Per Click advertising (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads…) strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising is required.

Responsibilities

  • Use ad management software and native advertising dashboards to identify opportunities and optimize clients’ advertising campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research and implement automated optimization tactics using third-party software.
  • Communicate with clients to present results, activities, and planned tactics for the upcoming 90 days.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange experiences and define strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor competition to identify strategies for driving growth.
  • Report to clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, delivering data and insights.
  • Identify trends within managed accounts and take appropriate actions.
  • Contribute to the company blog and attend webinars to share insights on Amazon advertising.
