Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (travel between locations on occasion)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
• Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
• Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Assist with in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Build relationships with store associates and team members
