Responsibilities

  • Consult on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing and employee development programs.
  • Assist managers and employees with human resources and employee relations issues.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, recommending improvements for higher quality services.
  • Partner with business area managers to develop solutions for employee-related issues affecting business results.
  • Prepare and analyze reports from employee data to monitor HR trends and present recommendations to managers.
