About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' relevant work experience in a related training or marketing field, preferably in a business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Organized with the ability to create multiple timelines and schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and instructional software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with technologies and best practices in instructional manuals and teaching platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment for training.
• Instruct employees, lottery personnel, retailers, vendors, and others in the use of Intralot hardware and software.
• Instruct on lottery procedures and practices.
• Conduct trainee surveys and interviews to gather feedback.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership to improve training processes.
• Track and compile collected data for analysis.
