About The Position

The Retail Manager at Where Ya Bin is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at a Where Ya Bin location. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and accountability to company standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership preferred.
Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage schedules, labor budgets, and payroll accurately.
Comfortable working a hands-on, physically active role on the sales floor.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.
Willingness to work required hours, including Fridays, Thursdays, and weekends.
Proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce policies, and uphold company standards.
Willingness to learn
Ability to adapt and manage a fast-pace work environment.

Responsibilities

Drive store success by leading day-to-day operations by ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed.
Maintaining professional presence on the sales floor while actively supporting staff and customer.
Ensure all bins are properly flipped, cleaned, stocked and staged according to company standards.
Creation of schedules, approving timesheets, and uploading hours worked for payroll.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
Complete all reporting requirement.
Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
Proactively identify and report facility maintenance or repairs needed.
Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Ensure all required marketing deliverables are completed and submitted on time each week.
Ability to adapt quickly, think on their feet, and communicate effectively with their team.
