Bank Midwest is seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our Jackson location. This role will lead the Retail Banking function at our branch and will report to the Market President. The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the retail banking team at the branch. This will require strong leadership skills, the aptitude to learn and train Retail Banking functions, and a strong desire to serve our customers. Additional responsibilities will include execution of direct sales and promotional programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with peers to provide the best experience for our clients. The successful candidate must have leadership, decision-making and delegation skills. Requires excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
