About The Position

United Prairie Bank is seeking a full-time Retail Manager for its Mt Lake & Windom branch, working Monday through Friday. This role involves overseeing the administration of the retail sales area, including staffing, training, compliance, and coordinating activities to ensure high-quality customer service. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required
• 8 to 10 years in work experience in banking, and/or retail sales management area
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 3+ years of related experience in a financial services industry preferred
