Rank + Rally leverages technology and analytics expertise from Levy’s DBK Studio and Compass Group’s E15 to drive revenue, innovation, and guest experience.  Job SummaryThe Retail Manager at PayPal Park will oversee all retail operations supporting the San Jose Earthquakes. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail, this role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional fan experiences, and achievement of sales and service goals across all stadium retail locations. The Retail Manager also supports e-commerce initiatives, integrating online sales with in-stadium fulfillment to deliver a modern, connected fan shopping experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in sports, entertainmnet, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven success in driving sales and managing large-scale retail operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and POS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Stamina to work extended shifts during match days and special events
  • Ability to work a flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail operatios across stadium stores, kiosks, mobile retail unites, E-commerce BOPIS (Buy online, Pick up in Stadium)
  • Manage monthly inventory cycle counts, and ensure all products are tagged and priced correctly
  • Supervise, schedule, and train retail team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies that align with San Jose Earthquakes brand standars across in-venue and e-commerce
  • Drive fan engagement through innovative product launches, promotions, and activations
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
