Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and product promotion.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, guest service, and retail success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring top-tier guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage product merchandising, displays, and store organization.
  • Hire, train, and motivate a passionate retail team.

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
