About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and growing a team of over 10 associates, including Sales Associates, Merchandisers, and Price Changers. You will creatively guide the building of quality displays without relying on planograms, develop rapport with regular customers, and spend 65% of your time on the floor supporting customers and your team. You will also resolve escalated customer issues using a win/win approach and will be responsible for opening and closing the store a reasonable number of times each week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful experience in fast-paced retail
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports while positively engaging associates
• Ability to innovate and ensure departments are optimally stocked and organized
• Dynamic approach to keep ahead of ever-changing product influx and high customer traffic
• Role model and leader of exceptional customer experience
• Ability to leverage data, e.g., sales reporting, shrink research, retail schedules
