Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience for guests.
• Lead and develop your team to ensure smooth store operations.
