About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Advanced degree in business or retail management preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical aptitude and basic understanding of electronics.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial (outside) sales.
  • Background in exceptional customer service and selling with leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learn all products, services, sales processes, and operational needs of the business.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mentality and greet customers to determine needs and solve problems.
  • Sell add-on items and participate in retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals and bonuses.
  • Operate technology-based Point of Sale & Product Look-up system to complete sales transactions.
  • Install large and small batteries in various devices, including cellphones/tablets.
  • Maintain inventory stock and manage store appearance.
  • Build displays to market seasonal products and prepare the store for daily opening and closing.
  • Observe, coach, and role-play with team members to enhance their skills.
