About The Position

The Retail Manager for Food and Nutrition at Wellington Regional Medical Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail food production, ensuring high-quality food service delivery. Requirements

• Acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of retail food production to ensure high quality foods are delivered.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the execution of superior food production and service.
• Recognize signs and symptoms of stroke and initiate a stroke alert process as needed.
• Maintain currency in stroke knowledge by completing annual online training.
