About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to lead our Healthcare Food Service team at Medstar Union Memorial Hosptial located in Baltimore, Maryland. Medstar Union Memorial Hospital evolved from 20-bed to a 223-bed hospital with more than 2,500 employees and a medical staff of more than 620 physicians What You'll Do The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 50 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.
Requirements
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
