S odexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to lead daily retail operations for our food team at UNC Health Johnston located in Smithfield, NC . UNC Johnston is a licensed 200 bed modern hospital. Centrally located right outside of the Raleigh-Durham area! A great opportunity to live in North Carolina's capital, known for its booming food scene and family friendly environment. What You'll Do The Retail Manager 3 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 30 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

Requirements

• ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations

Responsibilities

• develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
• ensure Sodexo standards are met
