Requirements

Previous experience managing a coffee cafe or high-volume coffee operation is required.
A proven track record of building and leading successful teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
A "people-first" philosophy and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ability to prioritize tasks autonomously while working within a larger healthcare management structure.
Proficiency in managing schedules, inventory, and retail reporting.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Starbucks licensed store, ensuring full compliance with Starbucks brand standards and Sodexo’s safety/sanitation protocols.
Work under the General Manager to achieve P&L goals, manage cash handling, and execute promotional launches.
Direct a team of baristas, providing coaching in the moment to ensure a "Customer Third Place" environment.
Maintain a professional relationship with hospital staff and visitors, ensuring the cafe meets the unique needs of a 24/7 medical facility.
