What You'll Do As the Retail Manager, you will oversee a vibrant "small but mighty" footprint that includes: Diverse Stations: Manage a high-quality Pizza program, Made-to-Order Deli, Hot Entrée station, and a fresh Salad Bar. Grab & Go: Optimize our high-volume Grab & Go and beverage selections. Indirect Leadership: Lead and influence a team of 5 client staff members, ensuring Sodexo’s standards of excellence, safety, and customer service are met every day. Requirements

  • Previous food service management or supervisory experience (Retail, QSR, or Healthcare preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • A passion for food quality and safety (HACCP).
  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
