About The Position

The Retail Management Intern will play an active role in supporting the Bavarian Inn’s multi-entity Retail Operations team, gaining hands-on experience across high-traffic hospitality retail environments including specialty shops, gift stores, bakery outlets, and branded merchandise locations. This immersive role goes beyond the sales floor, offering real-world exposure to end-to-end retail operations, including merchandising strategy, guest experience, inventory planning, supply chain coordination, purchasing, promotions, and team leadership development. Interns will learn how products move from vendors to shelves, how inventory impacts profitability, and how operational decisions directly influence both the guest experience and business performance within a destination resort setting. This paid internship is ideal for students pursuing Retail Management, Hospitality, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management who want practical, resume-building experience with an established, fast-paced retail brand serving thousands of guests each week. Requirements

  • Must pass interview and background checks
