Boscov's is seeking a Retail Loss Prevention Detective to join their growing Loss Prevention team. The Loss Prevention Detective will utilize their experience to reduce profitability losses caused by theft or incorrect business procedures within a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, early openings, and late closings

Responsibilities

• Perform loss prevention as part of the retail operations team
• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Provide loss prevention support and awareness through policies, procedures, and personal involvement
• Provide surveillance and assist police with apprehensions of shoplifters
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures
• Perform safety audits, safety, and fire prevention and inspections
• Answer alarm responses
• Perform insurance inspections and investigations
