About The Position
The Nordstrom Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) is an accelerated leadership training initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in retail management. This program emphasizes the development of strong leadership qualities, a passion for retail, and the ability to motivate teams. Successful trainees will complete a 9-week immersive training period, gaining firsthand experience in fashion sales and critical leadership skills, with the potential for full-time Assistant Department Manager positions upon completion.
