About The Position
The Nordstrom Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) is an accelerated leadership training initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in retail management. This program offers participants the chance to develop essential leadership skills, gain hands-on experience in various retail functions, and prepare for full-time Assistant Department Manager roles upon successful completion of a 9-week immersive training period. Trainees will engage with Nordstrom's core values, focusing on customer service excellence and team motivation while working across different store formats.
