About The Position
The Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) at Nordstrom is an immersive 9-week training initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in retail management. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service, while embodying Nordstrom's core values of diversity and inclusion. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time Assistant Department Manager positions across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores in the New York metro area.
