About The Position
The Nordstrom Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) is a selective early career initiative designed for recent graduates or seniors graduating by May 2025. This program aims to cultivate future retail leaders by providing immersive training and hands-on experience in retail management, focusing on customer service, team leadership, and business operations. Participants will transition into full-time Assistant Department Manager roles upon successful completion of the program.
