About The Position

As a Retail Shift Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Management team in the day-to-day operation of our retail locations. You’ll act as a leader on the floor, guiding team members, driving sales, and ensuring every guest interaction is filled with smiles and memorable moments. You may also step in as Supervisor on Duty , helping oversee multiple departments to ensure smooth park operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience (required)
• A fun, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for working with children and families
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and fun
• Lead by example as a visible, engaging presence on the sales floor
• Deliver world-class guest service for families and young children
• Help drive revenue by maximizing per capita spending and transaction values
• Motivate, coach, and support team members during shifts
• Assist in achieving KPI targets and operational goals
• Support merchandising, stock control, and inventory processes
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing team training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
• Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed
• Step into Supervisor-on-Duty responsibilities as needed across departments
