About The Position
Lovisa America is expanding with many new stores across America and is seeking Sales Super Stars to join its growing team. The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining a presentable store environment for customers. Lovisa is a fashion-forward jewelry brand that originated in Australia in 2010 and has since grown to over 550 stores across 20 countries. The brand focuses on providing on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices, delivering 150 new styles to stores each week, and is committed to exceptional customer service with the core belief, 'It’s about the customer, always'. Lovisa values diverse cultures and the unique knowledge and experience of its global team.
Requirements
- Must be 18yrs and older to apply!
- Strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customer
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills

- Prior experience working in Retail/Hospitality
- Ability to create a positive team environment
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
