Your Opportunity, Your Team The Retail Keyholder supports HSN, and you will report to the store manager while taking on their responsibilities in their absence. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our New Port Richey store daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. What You'll Do Plan and motivate team to achieve forecasted sales goals. Handle challenges that arise in a retail environment including loss prevention, employee relations, and providing excellent customer satisfaction. Support the store as a member of the management team including: store opening/closing, cash management, safe funds, registers, deposits, armored car and change orders. Train, coach, motivate and develop excellence in staff of associates. What You'll Bring 1 – 3 years retail management experience supervising 15 - 25 employees. Prior merchandising experience. Lift, push and pull items weighing up to 40lbs or with assistance over for over 40lbs. Requirements
