About The Position

Accurately operate the POS system; maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner; sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods; maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store. Assist the store management team with opening and closing, Will be authorized to carry keys to the store and issued an alarm code.

Requirements

• Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine, read, write, and good math skills
• At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public
• Able to lift 50 lbs. reach 6 ft. (or can with ladder), sufficiently mobile to work assigned schedule, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
• Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods, and sack purchases
• Good customer service skills are a must
• Must be able to train employees in the use of store equipment
• Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination
