About The Position

As a part-time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. You will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique. This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans.
  • Improving metrics through sales floor leadership.
  • Providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
  • Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team.
  • Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities.
  • Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
  • Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Problem solving proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.
