About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, and 10-key adding machine.
  • Good reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and reach 6 ft (or use a ladder).
  • Sufficient mobility to work assigned schedule and communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately operate the POS system.
  • Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods.
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store environment.
  • Assist the store management team with opening and closing procedures.
  • Train employees in the use of store equipment.
