About The Position
Sky King Fireworks of South Bend, IN is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail Key Holder Associate to aid in the day to day operation of our retail store. This position will directly support our Store Manager and provide additional leadership support to our seasonal retail staff. Come work in the fun and exciting industry of fireworks! Requirements
- No previous retail fireworks experience needed
- 1-2 years Retail/Customer service experience
- Able to work nights and weekends/flexible schedule
- Must be available to work extended hours during the months of May, June & July (June 29th through July 5th are mandatory work dates)
- Ability to walk, stand and/or lift 25-45 lbs for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years supervisory/team leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Aid in shipping and receiving of products/working outdoors
- Stocking/warehousing products- Use of pallet jack/ Industrial dolly
- Opening and closing the store
- Learn the basic functions of product performance
- Provide customer service and sales support
- Maintaining sales floor appearance
- Aid in visual merchandising of showroom
- General cleaning and store maintenance duties
- Operate a cash register, process credit and cash payments
- All other duties assigned by management
