About The Position

Showcase is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Lehigh Valley Mall . As a Retail Key Holder Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, demonstrate trending products, and drive sales on the sales floor. This is an in-person retail position inside Lehigh Valley Mall. Part-time hours vary based on store needs and sales volume and include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in-store experience
Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products based on their needs
Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to drive retail sales
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance metrics
Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining visual displays
Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
