Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with customers to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience.
• Model REACH principles with customers and support a positive store culture.
• Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs.
• Support Front End coverage and assist with Dressing Room and Jewelry needs.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
• Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store.
• Process and prep merchandise for the sales floor following operational principles.
• Adhere to Front End policy and procedures, including cash handling and register operations.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and adhere to loss prevention controls.
