About The Position

The Retail Inventory Supervisor at WIS International is responsible for leading and training Inventory Associates while supervising inventory events. This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring productivity, and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, primarily early morning hours, and emphasizes the importance of upholding the company's core values in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time-management skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Inventory Associates during inventory events.
• Supervise inventory events and resolve any concerns in support of the Area Manager or District Manager.
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing employee productivity and engagement.
• Assist and direct employees with daily tasks and ensure exceptional customer service.
