Yellowstone Club's Retail & Rental department is currently seeking candidates for a Retail Admin Assistant. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Work with buying team to create items in the point-of-sale system
• Create POs in the POS using product invoices
• Receive and tag retail product
• Work with vendors to resolve product warranty issues
• In charge approving timecards daily for retail and rental departments
• In charge of running payroll for retail and rental departments biweekly
• Oversee shipping/receiving/delivery of mail of Retail items
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times
• Maintain privacy of our Members at all time
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors
• Perform work in a safe and high quality manner
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent course work
• 4+ years of experience in the Retail industry
• Must have knowledge of the retail products in order to correctly categorize the products when creating items in the POS system
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and other basic computer skills
• Responsible for writing and submitting informational posts for the membership newsletter
• Must be able to effectively communicate with Retail Management team and Warehouse staff to ensure correct product is transferred between the two locations
• Intermediate/advanced keyboarding skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
• Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments
• Able to write clearly and legibly
• Able to perform basic to complex math calculations
• Ability to solve basic to complex business problems

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
• Proficiency in TEI point of sale system
