The Retail Intern supports daily store operations while gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, merchandising, and retail operations. This role provides exposure to retail best practices while assisting the store team in delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor by providing product information and support as needed.
• Support merchandising efforts, including stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining visual standards.
• Help with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking, and organizing back‑of‑house areas.
• Collaborate with store team members to support daily operations and achieve store goals.
• Observe and learn retail processes, including sales transactions, customer engagement, and store procedures.
