This hands-on internship provides real-world banking experience, professional skill development, and structured learning opportunities. As a contributing member of the branch, you will support daily operations, assist customers, and complete an internship project that culminates in a final presentation to our Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (current college students preferred).
• Strong communication skills and an interest in banking or financial services.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital tools, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily branch operations, including transaction processing and customer support.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers navigate products and digital banking tools.
• Participate in training, job shadowing, and internship projects designed to build banking and professional skills.
• Uphold security, confidentiality, and compliance standards in all activities.
