About The Position

As a Retail Insurance Sales Associate with Allstate, you’ll be the face of our brand both in the retail location and in your community — welcoming customers, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most. This is a brand-new opportunity within Allstate’s sales approach, giving you the chance to help pave the way forward. You’ll work in a local market with significant untapped potential, creating connections, growing your customer base, and making a direct impact on our success. You will utilize your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license or obtain your license with Allstate’s licensing assistance and reimbursement of licensing exam and fees upon approval.

Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines or General P&C license (preferred, not required)
  • 1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus preferred; insurance sales experience helpful but not required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement
  • Openness to coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers with personalized, friendly service
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and participation in local events
  • Build referral networks with local businesses and community organizations
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
  • Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully
  • Offer a wide range of industry-leading products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV, Life, and Roadside Assistance.
