About The Position

If you’re energetic, friendly, and love engaging with guests of all ages, this role is for you!

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Create splash-worthy guest experiences with upbeat, friendly service
• Share product knowledge and help guests find the perfect souvenir
• Support sales goals while keeping the fun front and center
• Manage lines smoothly and safely
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines
