About The Position

As the Retail General Manager, you’ll be responsible for everything within the four walls of your store, including revenue, profitability and financial reporting. You’ll set the tone for the store by building a strong culture for your employees and driving sales excellence. You’ll work with your employees, vendor partners and peers at nearby Best Buy stores to provide excellent customer experiences every day. Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience in business, military or related fields
  • 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in business or related fields
  • Retail experience
  • Consumer electronics experience
