About The Position

Our premier client is looking for a Part-Time Retail Gear Guide to join the team at their Dallas, TX store! In this role, you will provide customers with a premium experience and excellent customer service in an engaging and authentic way. You value the opportunity to help customers find the gear that supports their pursuit. This is not a remote position. This is a contract position. Located in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Authentically engage with all customers to provide exceptional customer service and experience
• Become a brand expert
• Actively participate in reaching sales and other KPI goals
• Assist in inventory procedures including floor replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, etc.
• Uphold premium merchandising standards that create an exceptional customer experience
• Execute store cleaning responsibilities
• Provide an excellent checkout experience for all sales, returns and exchange transactions using POS
• Assist with store events
• Additional duties as assigned
